I specialize in communication, couples counselling, marriage counselling, and family counseling, and most types of relational counselling. My focus also includes conflict resolution, reconciliation, intimacy, and spirituality.
As the founder and director of Cultivating Lives, I hold qualifications as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) and a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am committed to working alongside individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their unique needs to support their personal journeys and foster positive change.
In my practice, I believe in working collaboratively with clients, recognizing them as the experts in their own life experiences. My goal is to help them achieve a balance of mind, body, and spirit by promoting growth through a focus on psychological, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
